Gear Motor, also known as Motor Gearboxes, is a specific type of electrical motor that is designed to produce high torque while maintaining a low horsepower, or low speed, motor output. Gear motors can be found in many different applications, especially for the greenhouse, livestock and agricultural industry, our motors are available options to operate roof vents, wall vents,roof shading and screening, they attach to the shaft with chain couplings that compensate for alignment errors and can be easily removed without disturbing the entire shaft

Packing and Delivery
1/ Continuous Rack and Pinion Ventilation System
Continuous vent system consists of gear motor, drive shaft, rack and pinion and shaft bearing. The gear motor drives the pinion by the shaft to move the rack back and forward to open or close the vent
2/ Continuous Rack and Pinion Ridge Ventilation System
Ridge Ventilation system includes gear motor, drive shaft, rack and pinion, shaft supporter, wheel supporter, handspike, supporting wheel, rack and pinion connectors etc. It is mainly used for roof ventilation of Venlo greenhouse,the air circulation in greenhouse could be maximized due to ridge ventilaton system
3/ A Type Greenhouse Screening System
Gear motor drives the pinion by the drive shaft to move the rack back and forward, the rack is connected with the handspike sitting on the supporting wheel, so the curtain movement is realized by reciprocating movement of the handspike to open or close the screening system
4/ Cable Driving Greenhouse Screening System
Gear motor drives the shaft by the chain coupler, the cable is winded on the driving shaft or winding drum, therefore a closed cable circle is formed by the pulleys installed at the ends of the system. When the driving shaft rotates, the cable will wind from one end and unwind from the other end therefre he cable will move in the closed circle. The cable will achieve back and forward movement by te gear motor. The shading net will open and close when fixed to the truss structure in one end while the other end fixed to the driving cable
